Submission details

WE ENCOURAGE ALL JUNIOR FACULTY, CLINICAL & POST-DOC FELLOWS, RESIDENTS AND STUDENTS TO SUBMIT THEIR ABSTRACTS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SUBMISSION, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US.

This year’s submission of abstracts has been streamlined; please follow this link to the abstract submission page: Submit Your Abstract

There is a limit of 100 abstracts, so submit early. Please submit only one abstract per first author. Do not duplicate similar abstracts with different first authors. In previous years, we have had trouble with senior mentors having time to discuss posters with presenters. This year we will have more mentors. We will need you to display your poster 15 min prior to the start of the event and stand by your poster until a senior mentor comes by your poster. Mentors will be identified by a name tag.

The format outlined below must be utilized to be considered acceptable for submission:

Abstracts – Should not exceed 1 page with maximum 350 words, with 1 inch margins, and must be submitted in a Word document.

Title – Use a title that concisely summarizes the content of the abstract.

Authors – List all author(s) names in a complete format (e.g, James Smith, MD) and include the name, degree, institution, city, state, and country for those involved.

Format:

An abstract must be submitted in the following format:

1.Introduction

2.Hypothesis

3.Method

4.Results

5.Conclusion

Please make sure your abstract is correctly formatted and follows these guidelines.
