DoM Annual Celebration of Research

On Thursday, September 26th the Department of Medicine hosted its annual Celebration of Research at the UF Hilton Hotel Conference Center. The event included more 200 attendees and 84 poster presentations within the research categories of:

  1. Cell Biology/Molecular Biology
  2. Novel technology, diagnostics, or therapeutics
  3. Translational Medicine
  4. Clinical Trials/Epidemiology

Each abstract was graded by a DoM committee composed of senior leadership and highly esteemed researchers. Awards were given in the following academic categories:

  1. Medical Trainees
  2. Research Trainees
  3. Junior Faculty
  4. Mid-Career Faculty
